A renovation of a Grade 2, listed house, near Bodmin, Cornwall. After doing an assessment of the property and its listings (what can be changed and what can’t be changed), with the customer and appropriate governing body, we then renovated the house accordingly. Restoring the old fireplace, renewing the lime-render where desired and installed a new bathroom.
